Rachael Cook
Rachael L. Cook (born on the 4th of October in 1978) is an American actress. She was a part of the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She also is an actor on the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook was a daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comedian , who is currently a social worker and JoAnn Cook, a weaver and cook instructor. Cook is an Italian-born. Cook made her public service announcement in foster care at seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model at the age of 10 and was featured in national advertisements for Target. Cook was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also went to Minneapolis South High School.
